Meet our Exercise Physiologists

Erica started EP Clinic Noosa in 2019, with a goal to create a unique exercise physiology practice incorporating animal assisted exercise. Her innovative approach to support her clients achieve their goals and move well, has allowed her to grow her team of Exercise Physiologists and in turn expand her ability to help more people in the local Noosa and broader community.

Since completing her Bachelor of Human Movement (1997) and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) in 2016, Erica has worked with many health conditions and developed extensive experience and skills to assist people overcome and manage their health conditions and injuries. Her speciality is finding the root cause of movement dysfunctions and rebuilding efficient movement patterns, moving away from pain. She has recently taken this passion to the next level, combining her clinical knowledge with movement specific screening for golfers!

 

Erica is currently trying to improve her technical golf game, and enjoys walking her dog Wally (team member), hot yoga and spending time with her family.

Taylah, a proud alumnus of the University of Sunshine Coast, graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health through informed and targeted movement.
Taylah brings extensive experience in managing a variety of conditions, including cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological disorders, and chronic disease management. Her interventions are meticulously designed to enhance the quality of life, alleviate symptoms, and mitigate the progression of lifestyle-related diseases.
She has a special interest in women’s health, where she is dedicated to supporting women through the unique challenges they face at different life stages, such as menopause, post-partum recovery, and osteoporosis prevention.

Committed to both education and advocacy, Taylah equips her clients with essential tools to seamlessly integrate exercise into their daily lives for sustained health benefits.

 

Outside the clinic, Taylah enjoys unwinding at the beach, playing touch football, and cherishing quality time with her friends and family.

Samuel, a fun and charismatic Noosa native, joined our team during his final year at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) and is now a fully qualified Exercise Physiologist.
With a strong passion for fitness and exercise physiology, Samuel has quickly become a valued member of the EP Clinic team. He excels in designing personalised and effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs, focusing on sustainable and enjoyable approaches to fitness. Samuel’s genuine dedication and effective coaching have helped him cultivate a loyal client base and earn a respected place in our community.
His expertise spans exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and sports performance, enabling him to create holistic and client-centered programs. Samuel has a particular talent for working with teenagers and young adults, helping them build confidence through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices. He specializes in running complex group exercise classes and hydrotherapy sessions at our Noosa Springs clinic, approaching each client’s needs with care and honesty.
Beyond his academic and professional accomplishments, Samuel has a rich history in coaching, successfully helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether it’s improving athletic performance, aiding recovery from injury, or enhancing overall health, Samuel’s commitment to empowering clients is evident in every interaction.
Outside of work, Samuel’s passion for fitness extends to his love of football. He enjoys playing, watching, and discussing football in all its forms. A true local, Samuel loves Noosa deeply and is well-connected within the community, counting many friends across the region.

Maggie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who believes exercise should help you do more of what you love – whether that’s keeping up with the grandkids, getting back to the gym, feeling confident after an injury or simply moving through everyday life with less pain and more energy.
Known for her friendly, encouraging nature, Maggie brings plenty of warmth, humour, and practical know-how to the clinic. She enjoys helping clients realise they are often more capable than they think, and loves celebrating the small wins that build into meaningful progress.
Maggie works with people living with chronic pain, injury, disability, neurological conditions, as well as those wanting to improve their strength, balance, mobility, and confidence with movement. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all; she takes the time to understand what matters to each person and creates exercise plans that feel realistic, supportive, and achievable.
Outside the clinic, Maggie is a keen CrossFit and weightlifting enthusiast, so she understands the joy of feeling strong and the occasional challenge of getting out of bed after leg day. When she is not training, she loves being outdoors, spending time at the beach, and enjoying the sunshine Coast Lifestyle.

Meet Jade
We are thrilled to introduce Jade, our Client Care and Wellness Coordinator at EP Clinic Noosa.
A 2023 graduate from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology, Jade is an integral member of our client care team, deeply committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients.
In her pivotal role, Jade handles all aspects of reception, accounts, and appointment scheduling. She is dedicated to providing lifestyle and wellness support, ensuring the best possible care for both new and returning clients. With a profound passion for understanding human behavior and cognitive change, Jade works closely with clients to foster positive behavior changes and enhance overall well-being.
Jade‘s exceptional communication skills and empathetic nature allow her to build strong, supportive relationships with our clients, making every interaction at the clinic welcoming and nurturing. Her commitment to promoting positive outcomes is at the heart of her role, making her an invaluable asset to the EP Clinic Noosa team.
Outside of work, Jade is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys surfing, swimming, and unwinding with a good book at the beach.

Wally, the esteemed therapy dog at EP Clinic Noosa, embarked on his journey five years ago as an adorable 8-week-old puppy. Over time, Wally has evolved into a dedicated full-time team member, contributing his invaluable skills and endearing personality to our clinic. Fondly known as “the boss” among our regular clients, Wally’s strong bond with people has been unwavering since his very first day.

A true professional, Wally greets each visitor with a single bark, announcing their arrival and setting a welcoming tone. His presence is a source of energy and comfort; he can uplift spirits or offer a soothing companionship, tailoring his approach to individual needs. Whether you’re seeking an active session or a quiet moment, Wally intuitively adapts to provide the support you require.

Wally’s expertise extends to working with a diverse range of health conditions, showcasing his innate ability to guide clients in achieving effective and fulfilling exercise routines. Many of our clients find joy and motivation in having Wally participate in their sessions, a testament to his exceptional connection with people.

In his leisure time, Wally is all about fun and adventure. He delights in lively romps at the park, engaging in self-directed exercise through spirited runs, exploring the world of scents hidden in bushes, and forging heartwarming connections with fellow canine companions, especially those of smaller stature.
