Our studio groups are private for all clients who have completed a thorough clinical assessment and pre-screen from one of our Exercise Physiologists.
We do not cut corners on your safety and believe strongly in building your confidence to move independently within a group environment.

- Guided by an exercise physiologist for safety and confidence.
- 30-minute individual exercise time within the group.
- Utilise this time for your prescribed exercises.
- Second 30 minutes: Group joins exercise physiologist.
- Gradually transition through tailored, progressive exercises.
- Aim to enhance core strength and overall fitness level.

Lungs in Action is a community exercise program aimed at assisting individuals with chronic lung diseases to sustain the health and wellness gains derived from participating in pulmonary rehabilitation.
Benefits of Lungs in Action:

- Improve symptoms of breathlessness
- Enhance daily activities
- Connect and socialise with others who have experienced chronic conditions in a positive and supportive setting
